ABOUT US
Since our founding in 1954, Claydon FC has provided football to thousands of youth and senior players. With training and playing facilities at Blue Circle Claydon FC is the one of the top clubs in Suffolk. We are fully FA Charter Standard and all coaches are CRB checked, at least FA Level 1 qualified and experienced. We play in the local leagues and many of the teams will also compete in tournaments, and competitions. We also run a summer coaching camp for players and an U7 introduction day every year.

In the 2017 / 2018 season the first team gained promotion to the SIL Senior division after winning the first division by 2 points. Although not our first foray into the Senior division this will be one that the team and club are now well prepared for. The reserves narrowly missed out on promotion to League A and are in a strong position to push for promotion this season.

The 2018 / 2019 season saw all senior teams push on and the firsts finished fourth in the SIL Senior division, the Reserves won League B and gained promotion to League A, the 'A' team in their first season ended up third and gained promotion to league 3. The youth section went from strength to strength with more teams and players than ever before.

Claydon football club provides football to all ages, from 5 years old to veterans.
We have excellent facilities at our Blue Circle home ground with flood lit training area, changing rooms, common / eating area and kitchen and the Cafe which is open on game days.
We have 4 stunning pitches on site and utilise another 3 pitches locally.

Excellent Facilities
We have superb facilities at the club and these can be hired at a reasonable rate for childrens parties. Use of the training area / pitch can be included so that your football party becomes a real event.
For smaller parties the Cafe can be booked which gives an excellent vantage point to view the pitches.
Award Winning Pitches
At the club we have some of the best pitches in Suffolk, all prepared by Suffolks Groundsman of the year 2017.
All our teams use these during many of their seasons with the club.
The U7 and U8 pitch is the newest addition and provides a fantastic starting point for our youngest players.
Community
Claydon FC is and always will be a big part of the local community and is run by volunteers purely to provide quality football coaching and games to local youth and senior teams.
We are proud to be supported by many local businesses and we would like to thank them all for the continued support.
